I’ve been a long time customer at both Norristown and Collegeville. I don’t know what’s going on with the Collegeville location but I won’t be going back. The customer service is awful. All those people that have been there for years look so miserable and they are so rude. The food quality has definitely gone downhill. The tiramisu used to be my favorite and it’s so awful now.

The guy that answers the phone is rude. Apparently, if you call a half hour before they’re closed, it’s already closed.
